Summary:
This publication is the result of the Historical Narrative Project, which was coordinated by the editor of the book, Dr. Mustafa Kabha. The project began at the end of 2003, and included a series of seminars addressing Palestinian historical issues such as: Palestinian Catastrophe and Expulsion; and the History of Arab Palestinian Citizens of Israel under Military Rule. The book contains a collection of edited articles drawn from these seminars.
The book is divided into three sections. The first is called “Palestinian Historization of Nakba”; and the second addresses the performance of various spheres of Palestinian society during the Nakba. The final section deals with the Zionist–Israeli historization of the Nakba.
